Peanut Sauce

Ingredients


1/3 cup peanut butter or you can use 1/2 cup of peanuts processed until it is butter. A food processor works best for this.

2 tbsp tamari sauce

2 tbsp maple syrup

3 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp minced ginger

1 tsp Organic curry powder or use your favorite brand

1 tsp red chili flakes

4 tbsp water to thin out






Directions

Combine all the ingredients of the peanut sauce by whisking thoroughly or by using a food processor. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your taste. Crank up the pepper flakes for a more intense heat. That’s it. Use as a dipping sauce for vegetables
